CALLING ALL LOCAL BUSINESSES & COMMUNITY PARTNERS!
Merrywood Elementary School PTO is hosting a Fall Carnival/Trunk-or-Treat on October 27th 5:30-7:30pm, and we would LOVE to have our local community join us!
We’re looking for local businesses, organizations, churches, families, and community members who would like to help make this a fun and memorable night for our students and their families.
Ways you can participate:
Bring a Tent/Set Up a Booth: Share your business or organization while creating a fun activity or give away candy/treats to trunk or treaters.
Host a Game: Bring a simple carnival-style game or activity for families to enjoy.
Volunteer: Help us run games, activities, or other areas throughout the evening.
Food Trucks: We’d love to welcome food trucks to sell dinner, snacks, and treats for our families!
Donate: Candy, prizes, games, decorations, or other items to help make the evening special.
This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with local families, support our school, and be part of a fun community event!
