Welcome to Merrywood Elementary School

Greenwood School District 50 is the largest of three school districts in Greenwood County. District 50 serves 9,145 students at 16 sites: 8 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 2 high schools, an early childhood center, a technology center, and one alternative center.  Merrywood is home to 510 children from Kindergarten (K5) through 5th grade.

IA October 21 & 22

All 2nd graders will take CogAT and IA testing. Selected 3rd - 5th grade students will take CogAT. Parents will receive information about testing if their student is in a tested grade or has been identified as needing testing for GT screening.
